If you have already installed ROS 2 another way (either via debs or the binary distribution), make sure that you run the below commands in a fresh environment that does not have those other installations sourced. Also ensure that you do not have source /op

sudo add-apt-repository universe
sudo apt update && sudo apt install curl -y
